I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Stress Management Coach, with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. Integrative in my approach, I have trained in, and utilize, an eclectic mix of both traditional and alternative coaching modalities, including various cognitive, mindfulness and energy psychology practices. I am an accredited and certified EFT “tapping” practitioner, a trained Daring to Rest yoga nidra facilitator and have had a personal daily mindfulness practice for 35+ years.
Whether it's career/job change, relationship break-up (or start-up), grief/loss or chronic pain I work collaboratively with individuals to identify and lessen points of overwhelm, reduce emotional suffering and regain increased quality of life.
Honoring each individual’s wisdom to determine the pace and depth of work, my intention is to create a sense of safety and empowerment; teaching and utilizing stress management tools that best match individual needs and goals.

What I believe
I work with clients from three basic core beliefs:
1. Coaching is a joint effort between practitioner and client. For healing to take place, the focus of the work, as well as the pacing and depth of it, needs to be part of an ongoing collaborative dialogue.
2. Each individual has within them the knowledge and resources necessary to move toward a more fulfilled life. My job as coach is to guide a client to identify and strengthen those resources, thereby enhancing the ability to better address current life challenges.
3. Optimal wellness comes from a balance of mind, body and spirit. It is not just behavior, but the integration of thought, feeling and spirit that needs to be in place for an individual to move forward in life.
